objectivesThe Advanced Asbestos Awareness for Property Management online safety training from OSHA Education School, when combined with site-specific workplace information is designed to fulfill and satisfy two of OSHA’s standards, which mandate asbestos awareness training. The two standards include the General Industry Standard for Asbestos (29 CFR 1910.1001) and the Construction Industry Standard for Asbestos (29 CFR 1926.1101).
While the General Industry standard applies to manufacturing, brake and clutch servicing, and building custodial or housekeeping work, the Construction standard applies to building maintenance, construction work, and also to housekeeping activities performed after maintenance or construction work.

Advanced Asbestos Awareness for Property Management online training is intended to give a comprehensive asbestos awareness course that complies with and conforms to OSHA's asbestos guidelines.
You must score at least 70% to pass this OSHA 2 training. You will be given up to THREE opportunities to pass the quizzes and final exam.
Failure to pass quizzes and the final exam will result in being locked out of this online training program, but the learner can repurchase and start back from the beginning.
Upon completing this Advanced Asbestos Awareness For Property Management and the accompanying survey, you will receive an OSHA 2 card from the provider of this OSHA training on behalf of the Department of Labor.
Students who successfully complete the program will receive a completion card issued by the U.S. Department of Labor.
