Cotton Dust Awareness for General Industry provides an introduction to the hazards of Cotton Dust and how they are frequently disregarded as a possible source of a problem. This training teaches participants how to deal with Cotton Dust and focuses on the applicable OSHA regulation, 29 CFR 1910.1043, Subpart Z. Cotton Dust Awareness for General Industry course is intended to assist participants in mitigating risk associated with Cotton Dust and avoiding the possibility of developing brown lung disease. Participants will understand the several ways in which Cotton Dust may be hazardous and the critical safety procedures that must be followed by all workers.
You must score at least 70% to pass this OSHA training. You will be given up to THREE opportunities to pass the quizzes and final exam.
Failure to pass quizzes and the final exam will result in being locked out of this online training program, but the learner can repurchase and start back from the beginning.
Upon completing this Cotton Dust Awareness For General Industry and the accompanying survey, you will receive an OSHA card from the provider of this OSHA training on behalf of the Department of Labor.
