The materials presented in this training are principally based on guidance from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the National Institute of Environmental Health Science (NIEHS) and other recognized sources.
The goal of this course is to increase health and safety awareness for employers and workers with potential exposure to COVID-19. By the time you complete this module, you should be able to:
Explain basic facts about COVID-19.
Assess the risk of workplace exposure to COVID-19.
Define key steps in worker protection and infection control.
Identify general safe work practices and methods to prevent and minimize COVID-19 exposure in the workplace.

Watch for fever, cough, shortness of breath, or other symptoms of COVID-19.Returning to Work Concepts for Employers, Supervisors, and Managers is an awareness-level distance learning course aimed to educate employers on preventative and mitigation strategies that will help them avoid potential exposure to the virus that causes COVID-19 sickness. The training materials are mostly based on guidelines from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the National Institute of Environmental Health Science (NIEHS), and other approved sources. The purpose of this eLearning training is to raise health and safety awareness among employers and employees who may come into contact with COVID-19.
You must score at least 70% to pass this OSHA 1 training. You will be given up to THREE opportunities to pass the quizzes and final exam.
Failure to pass quizzes and the final exam will result in being locked out of this online training program, but the learner can repurchase and start back from the beginning.
Upon completing this COVID-19 Return-To-Work: Concepts For Employers, Supervisors, and Managers and the accompanying survey, you will receive an OSHA 1 card from the provider of this OSHA training on behalf of the Department of Labor.
Students who successfully complete the program will receive a completion card issued by the U.S. Department of Labor.
