descriptionThe Safe Forklift Operation for General Industry course is an intermediate-level course that focuses on typical forklift safety concerns. This training introduces participants to forklift operating and risk reduction strategies. Please keep in mind that this course is not meant to be used as a prerequisite for certification as a forklift operator. The Safe Forklift Operation for General Industry course is meant to familiarise participants with forklift rules and resources governing safe forklift operations, as well as the various forklift classes and common parts.
You must score at least 70% to pass this OSHA training. You will be given up to THREE opportunities to pass the quizzes and final exam.
Failure to pass quizzes and the final exam will result in being locked out of this online training program, but the learner can repurchase and start back from the beginning.
Upon completing this Safe Forklift Operation For General Industry and the accompanying survey, you will receive an OSHA card from the provider of this OSHA training on behalf of the Department of Labor.
Students who successfully complete the program will receive a completion card issued by the U.S. Department of Labor.

All course participants must complete the full course to receive 0.1 CEU credits. Participants must achieve a score of 100% at each knowledge checkpoint and fill out the course evaluation to receive his or her certificate of completion. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a course completion certificate showing the CEUs earned that may be printed at any time.
