It demonstrates both good and poor traffic control applications and identifies a number of common safety hazards faced in active traffic zones. We’ll be discussing a number of traffic control issues and hazards involving the motoring public. The objective of this module is to provide the student with knowledge and guidance in techniques and avoidance to control hazards to employees involved in workzone traffic zones. Covered are traffic control devices, flaggers and other road hazards. This module is designed to supplement the separate training module entitled Workzone Traffic Control. Approximately 20 minutes.
You must score at least 70% to pass this OSHA training. You will be given up to THREE opportunities to pass the quizzes and final exam.
Failure to pass quizzes and the final exam will result in being locked out of this online training program, but the learner can repurchase and start back from the beginning.
Upon completing this Work Zone Traffic Safety Tips For Construction and the accompanying survey, you will receive an OSHA card from the provider of this OSHA training on behalf of the Department of Labor.
