OSHAEducationSchool.com allows refunds on a conditional basis in order to be fair and consistent with our commitment to transparent customer service.
Refund Request Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 2 hours of completing your payment. If your request is approved, a 15% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Eligibility
If you intend to request a refund for any course, we ask that you do not begin or access the course materials. Once the course is started, your progress will be recorded and saved within the system.
Refund Conditions for Manager Accounts
Refunds for Manager Accounts are available only under the condition that the course has not been initially assigned to any employee.
Course Reassignment Fee
If you wish to reassign a course to a different employee after it has already been assigned to another individual, a fee equal to 40% of the course price will apply.
