SALE AND RETURN AGREEMENT

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds due to the digital nature of our training kits and online courses. All sales are final once they are completed. In the case of online courses, once purchased via purchase order and invoice. All sales are final upon delivery. After invoicing, sales become final (e.g., the buyer will email us and ask us to invoice them for x-number of online credits; we will then apply those credits to their account and bill them: this is the delivery of the product and the sale is irreversible whether or not these credits are being used up or otherwise.)
