OSHA does not mandate employees to complete OSHA Outreach training. However, it does advise employees to receive training appropriate to their position. Since these job safety courses cover a detailed and broader variety of occupational health and safety subjects, including job-specific standards and general safety topics, OSHA advises employees to enroll in OSHA 10 Hour and OSHA 30 Hour, also known as OSHA Outreach training.
